Our prices are shown in € (EURO). Prices do not include shipping or delivery charges. Orders may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are at your own expense.
The following payment methods are accepted:
We aim to ship your order on the next business day. In busier periods (such as sales or launches), this might take a little longer. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping confirmation.
All orders are shipped through Belgian express mail (BPost).
Our shipping rates:
We do not ship worldwide, but we do ship to select non-EU countries: Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, South Africa, and Australia.
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, all of our product pages include measurements and sizing advice. If you wish to return an item, you can either exchange it or request a full refund. Returned items must be sent back to us in their original condition (no signs of wear or washing) and packaged in the original packaging. Items bought on sale cannot be returned.
Please request a return form by contacting [email protected], and we will get back to you with further instructions. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held liable for any items or packages lost in transit.
